Note you must have purchased a Payload Monitoring product from Stream Alerts. Contact us to add Payload Monitoring to your account

Login to the Control Panel.

1. Click the Streams link in the Control Panel menu on the left of the page
2. Click the edit icon next to the stream you want to monitor
3. If your account has been assigned a Payload Monitoring product, you will see a Payload Monitoring Settings section and a list of products to choose from. If you do not see this section, try logging out and logging back into your account
4. Select a payload monitoring product from the drop-down box.
5. Click the Submit button to save your changes.
6. An Edit Payload Settings link should appear below the product listing. Click this link.
7. Check the Payload Monitoring Enabled box. This is the master Payload toggle that will disable monitoring of audio and video for this stream.
8. Select a monitoring node from the drop-down list
9. Configure the proper audio and video settings. For more information about each setting, click the Control Panel Help button on the left of the page.
10. Click the Submit button to save your changes.

Please note that it may take a couple of minutes for monitoring to begin.
