Advanced accounts and up

Login to the Control Panel.

1. Click the Streams link in the Control Panel menu on the left of the page
2. Click the edit icon next to the stream you want to run traceroutes
3. Click the Edit Advanced Availability Settings link
4. In the pop-up box, check the box marked Enable Auto Traceroutes
5. Click the Submit button to save your changes. The next time your stream fails, it will run a traceroute on each Availability monitoring node.
