Any service level (except Free) can have multiple nodes monitoring a stream. By default, each stream is allowed one monitoring node but you can purchase extra monitoring nodes at any time by contacting Stream Alerts and requesting an upgrade.

Login to the Control Panel.

1. Select Streams from the Control Panel menu on the left.
2. Click the Edit icon next to the stream to which you want to add a monitoring node.
3. If you have purchased extra nodes, you will see a counter below the Node table in the Availability Monitoring Settings section.
4. Click the Add Node link and you should see a pop-up box.
5. Select a monitoring node and check the Enable box
6. Click the Submit button to save your changes.
