Add an alert filter?

Intermediate accounts and up

Login to the Control Panel to access your contacts.

  1. Click the Alert Filters link under the Control Panel menu on the left of the page.
  2. Click the Add Alert Filter icon at the top of the page
  3. Enter a description, error code and error message. If you want to apply the filter to a specific stream, select the stream from the drop-down box. If you leave it set to "No Stream", the filter will apply to all streams. If you want to apply the filter to a specific contact, select the contact from the drop-down box. If you leave it set to "No Contact", the filter will apply to all contacts. Check the Enabled box to apply the filter.
  4. Click Submit
