Add an alert filter?
Intermediate accounts and up
Login to the Control Panel to access your contacts.
- Click the Alert Filters link under the Control Panel menu on the left of the page.
- Click the Add Alert Filter icon at the top of the page
- Enter a description, error code and error message. If you want to apply the filter to a specific stream, select the stream from the drop-down box. If you leave it set to "No Stream", the filter will apply to all streams. If you want to apply the filter to a specific contact, select the contact from the drop-down box. If you leave it set to "No Contact", the filter will apply to all contacts. Check the Enabled box to apply the filter.
