Add a contact?
Login to the Control Panel to access your contacts.
- Select Contacts from the Control Panel menu on the left.
- NOTE: Make sure that your account has room to add more contacts. A Contact counter appears on the upper right corner of the Contacts page. The number on the left shows how many contacts you currently have configured. The number on the right shows the maximum number of contact you can configure. In order to add a contact, the left number must be smaller than the right number. If the numbers are the same, then you may have to upgrade your account in order to add more contacts.
- If you are able to add a contact, you’ll see the Add Contact link towards the top of the page. Click on that link.
- You’ll be taken to a form where you enter the contact’s information including a name, email address and whether or not you want to enable sending alerts. Click on the Control Panel Help button on the left for more information about what the fields mean.
Once you have finished filling out the form, click the Submit button. - If your addition was successful, you will see a notice at the top of the page in green and you’ll see all of your contact information in the fields.
If there was an error, you will see a red error message at the top of the page and more information about the error next to the field in which it occurred. Change the information in the form and click the Submit button again.
