My stream doesn’t have any audio / video but I didn’t get an alert! What happened?
The reason why you may not have received an alert is that the stream server is still sending out data but it just doesn’t have any content contained in that data. In essence it’s still broadcasting but it’s broadcasting dead air. Our Content Availability monitoring service only looks to see if it can connect to the stream, it can’t actually "see" or "hear" anything. Thus, to our program, it appears as though the stream is perfectly happy.
