Thanks to Stream UK, we now have two new monitoring nodes in the United Kingdom. They are now available for Availability and Payload streams. As of August 1st 2011, we will be shutting down the existing UK node so please migrate any streams you have on that server to one of the new nodes. This is particularly important for anyone with geo-blocking or filters on the IP of our nodes as we will switch you automatically and you may get false alerts.

To change nodes, follow these simple steps:

• Login to your account
• Click the Streams menu link to display all of your streams
• Click on the gear icon to edit your stream
• For Availability monitoring
  • Delete the existing UK A node by clicking on the red button
  • Confirm the deletion
  • You should now see the Add Node link. If you don't refresh. Click the link
  • Select StreamUK A or StreamUK B from the drop-down menu and make a note of the IP address
  • Check the Enable box
  • Click the Submit button
• For Payload monitoring
  • Click the Edit Payload Settings link
  • In the drop-down menu select StreamUK A or StreamUK B
  • Click the Submit button
